What you get
Fleet board Plus
Every vehicle at a glance: ready to go, something due, or in the shop.
Pre-trip inspections Plus
A checklist the driver ticks off. A failed item opens a work order on its own.
Driver-only views Plus
Each driver sees their vehicle and their jobs. Nothing else.
Shop visits Plus
Log the invoice once and every job on it is marked done at that mileage.
Trailers and equipment
Run on time or engine hours when there's no odometer.
Records on demand Plus
A service history for each vehicle, as a PDF or a spreadsheet.
The board
Ready, due or in the shop
One screen for the whole yard. A failed inspection item puts the vehicle in the shop until the work order is done.
- One subscription for the whole account, not per vehicle
- Set up one van, then add the others like it
- Odometer check-ins at the start of each shift

Drivers
The right list on the right phone
Pair a driver's phone with a code from yours. They see their vehicle, their jobs and the Done button.
- No email needed for drivers
- A shared tablet in the shop works too
- Check which inspection rules apply to your vehicles. They vary by state and by weight

Costs
What each vehicle costs to run
Fuel, service and fees for every vehicle, by month and per mile. See which truck is getting expensive before it surprises you.
- A replacement budget for tires, brakes and batteries (Plus)
- Export everything for your bookkeeper
- Estimates are labeled as estimates

Questions
Good to know
How many vehicles can it handle?
It's built for a handful to a couple of dozen. If you run hundreds of trucks with dispatch and telematics, you need a full fleet system.
Does it track vehicles by GPS?
No. There's no tracking and no hardware. Drivers enter the odometer.
Is it a compliant inspection record?
It keeps a dated record of each inspection. Whether that meets the rules for your vehicles depends on where you operate and what you drive. Check with your regulator.
What does it cost?
More than one vehicle, drivers and jobs are part of Tagwell Auto Plus: $9.99 a year for the whole account, not per vehicle.
Can my mechanic see the records?
Yes. Add them as a mechanic and they get a read-only view of work orders and service history.
